Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product or resource from Shadcn Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the product.

Service Summary

Shadcn Dashboard provides developer resources for building admin dashboards with multiple frameworks. Depending on your selected plan, products may include templates, UI blocks, components, Figma files, CLI tools, MCP server access, documentation, and other developer resources.

Note: We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Accounts

You do not need an account to browse Shadcn Dashboard or use the free assets. An account may be required to download files, access purchases, or receive updates.

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials accurate and confidential
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are linked to fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property

All products, templates, source code, UI blocks, components, documentation, branding, and related assets are the intellectual property of Shadcn Dashboard unless otherwise stated.

  • Your license gives you the right to use the assets within your purchased tier. It does not transfer ownership.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the assets as standalone products.
  • You may not claim the Shadcn Dashboard name, logo, or intellectual property as your own.

Refer to the License Agreement for the specific rights and restrictions tied to Free, Starter, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise plans.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or viruses
  • Interfere with the operation of Shadcn Dashboard
  • Attempt to access any system or network without authorization
  • Scrape or extract data or assets without explicit permission
  • Harass, harm, or impersonate any person or organization
  • Redistribute paid assets beyond the user limit of your license

Violations may result in suspended or permanently terminated access.

Third-Party Links and Services

Shadcn Dashboard links to and integrates with third-party services, including payment providers and infrastructure platforms. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All assets are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We cannot promise:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times
  • That every feature works across every browser, OS, or build setup
  • That the assets fit a specific project or stack

You must examine and verify all features and functionalities work with your customers and your system before you include them in your operational applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shadcn Dashboard is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage connected to your use of, or inability to use, the product. This includes direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You use the assets at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shadcn Dashboard, its owners, partners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, and costs, including legal fees, arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your use of the service in a way it was not intended
  • Your infringement of the rights of any third party

Refund Policy

All products are delivered as instant digital downloads immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This refund policy applies to all plans, including Free, Starter, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise plans.

Browser Compatibility

We test the assets against current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Brave. Rendering and performance may still vary by browser version and operating system. Confirm compatibility on your target setup before you deploy.

Modifications and Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on the Shadcn Dashboard website. Continued use after changes are posted counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms. On termination, you must stop all unauthorized use of the assets. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shadcn Dashboard operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Demo Content

Demo pages show images and sample data for presentation only. Not all of what you see will ship in your final files.

Most royalty-free images in the demo are included, but some may be left out. Placeholder data is for display purposes only. No premium third-party plugins or paid external assets are bundled with any tier unless explicitly listed on the pricing page.
